Chosen Ones, by the year 2030, The Charmed Ones are now sort of retired from protecting the world from demons and their children have taken over the reign. This new generation, wanting a name for themselves, like their mothers before them being called the Charmed Ones, decide to become the Chosen Ones, witches chosen to defeat evil and to protect the whole community. This series details their journey in the new fight against demons and saving the the magical community as they face new dangers and new friends along their journey.
Charmed The Legacy Continues, takes place in the year 3100. Everything seems to be in peace in the city of San Francisco until trouble stirs with demon trouble as innocents become mysteriously killed. In this case, only the Halliwell family witch and witch hybrid members would be the hope needed, but unfortunately they ended up having sacrificed themselves in a fierce battle to stop the Source of all Evil five years ago and no one knew the real truth about them as the news writes them being killed in an unfortunate accident. As such, the Elders find three siblings that they deemed to be the next Charmed Ones to fight against the new evil.

[On the manor. About a week has passed. It is near Christmas. The lights can be seen hanging along the roof hedges and decorations in the yard.]

HALLIWELL/ COOP MANOR.LIVING ROOM.DAY
[Coop, Phoebe, and Peyton are all sitting in the couch waiting for someone to enter. Parker, in her fancy black vest over a white blouse and black skirt, along with black heels, walks into the room. Everyone is in awe.]
Parker: So what do you think?
Coop: Wow. You look great.
Phoebe: My daughter. You look so professional.
Peyton: Perfect as always. Sis.
Parker: Thanks you all. But I wish PJ could be here to see me.
Coop: I know honey.
Phoebe: Yea. We tried our best but she ignored our calls.
Parker: I just can't believe it. My oldest sister missing my big day.
Peyton: At least you got me.
Coop/Phoebe: Peyton!
Peyton: It's the truth. Considering I sacrificed my class today to attend your first big trial.
Parker: Peyton. You didn't have to. Sacrificing your education for my sake.
Peyton: But I wanted to. Parker.
Parker: You're the best.
Coop: Alright. I think we should get going early to avoid the traffic.
Peyton: Aw. But why. Can't we just beam there? It's so much faster.
Phoebe: Peyton. You need to stop relying on magic so much. Is that why you haven't got a car yet?
Peyton: Mom. Don't change the topic.
Phoebe: At least you live under my house. You follow my house. No magic.
Peyton: Man. You're such a spoil sport. Mom.
Phoebe: It's my job as a mother.
Coop: Alright. Come on. Let's all head in the van.
Phoebe: Okay. Dear.
Peyton: Okay dad.
Parker: I need to go grab a briefcase and I'll meet you guys. Just start the engine. Dad.
Coop: Okay. You heard her. To the van.
[Coop grabs the keys as Phoebe and Peyton follow behind him. Parker heads upstairs.]

[Paige and Henry is sitting on the couch as Junior is walking back and forth, looking nervous and pacing around the room.]
Paige: Calm down. Junior. You're making me nervous doing that.
Henry: I know you're facing this trial. And it's normal to be nervous. But calm down. Being like this won't help.
Junior: It's just. I have done such wrong. They are going to punish me bad.
Paige: Son. It wasn't your fault.
Henry: Don't blame yourself. Son. You were used.
Junior: I know. But I should resisted more. I let the power take over me because I just wanted to have the power to protect people, my friends, my family, and also Angelie.
Paige: It's okay. Son. As they know you know your mistakes. They will let you off hopefully.
Henry: Yea. Junior. Don't worry too much about it.
Junior: Thanks. Mom. Dad. Alright. I'm calm now.
[Junior stops pacing and sits down on the couch next to his parents.]
Paige: That's great. You feel better now.
Henry: And the whole family will be here for your trial.
Junior: Thanks you all. For everything. I got the best family in the world even though I'm not related to blood to you all.
Paige: Blood or not. You will always be my son.
Henry: Yea.
Junior: Aw thanks. You two are the best parents I could ever have.
Paige: Of course we are.
Henry: I agree. Now shall we head to work? The trial for you isn't until later.
Junior: Yea. Man. I really have to make it up to Inspector Havenfield. I done much bad things to him when I was the Green Dragon Warrior.
Henry: Yes you do. Come on. We can carpool.
Junior: Sure dad.
Paige: See you two later then. I have an important meeting to go to.
[Paige ORBS out.]
Junior: What important meeting?
Henry: It's a long story. You were still out and have not woken up. I'll tell on the car ride to the department.
Junior: Okay then.
[Henry grabs the keys and heads out followed by Junior.]

[Coop has just parked the car. The four of them then walk out, with Parker, holding her briefcase in suit and all head towards the entrance of the courthouse.]

SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT.MAIN ENTRANCE.DAY
[Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton are about to enter through the doors when they noticed around five to six reporters surrounding the area hovering two figures, one a young male, and one a female, one of them is recognizable.]
Coop/Phoebe/ Parker/ Peyton: PJ?!
Coop: What the?
Phoebe: Should we go help her?
Parker: Why?
Peyton: Yea. Especially with the way she treated us, our family. Ignoring our calls and no contact.
Coop: Because she is family. And family helps family.
Parker: Fine. It better be quick. I don't to be late for the trial.
Peyton: Yea. It's our sister's big day.
Phoebe: Let's go.
[Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton starts walking towards the main entrance where PJ and the other figure standing next to her are.]
[Nolan has been watching from the bushes from afar.]
Nolan: Oh my. Like the predator to the prey. Just as I plan. Once the trial is done, it will be the perfect time to strike. Wish my son would feel the same. It seems he has gone soft like my brother for love. But no matter. It puts him out of the way of control of the underworld for me. Now I must wait.
[Nolan FLAMES out.]
[OPENING CREDITS]
SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT. MAIN ENTRANCE.DAY
[PJ and Dazos/ Dane are being hounded by the six reporters trying to get an answer from them.]
Reporter #1: Mr. Pattens. What bring you here?
Reporter #2: Yea. Must be some event for one of the richest billionaire of San Francisco to come to this trial?
Reporter #3: Please give us some answers.
Reporter #4: And when were you dating? It wasn't in the recent magazines.
Reporter #5: Miss. What is your name? And how did you meet him?
Reporter #6: Mr. Pattens. Please. Anything. We had intel.
Dazos/Dane: This is an invasion of privacy. I don't know who gave you that info. Please leave us alone.
PJ: Yes please. You reporters are too busy. Please leave or we may call the cops.
[Then Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton scream crazily and shoo the reporters away.]
Coop: Away. Stay away.
Phoebe: Give me that.
[Phoebe knocks a camera out of one of the reporters.]
Parker: No one is allowed to hound my sister except me. Away. Reporters.
Peyton: Yea. I know self-defense and will use it.
Reporter #1: Alright. Alright. We're out of here.
[The reporters then run off.]
PJ: Thanks family.
Coop: No problem.
Phoebe: It's what we do for family.
Parker: You owe us more than thanks after disappearing for about a week and leaving no freaking note.
Peyton: Yea. And ignoring our calls.
PJ: I'm sorry. I needed away time. I still feel guilty and didn't feel comfortable being with the family. And Dane let me stay with him.
[Parker's and Peyton's eyes go on shock. They glance at each other and then back at PJ.]
Parker: Who's Dane?
Peyton: Yea.
Dazos/Dane: That's me. And hello. Mr. Halliwell. Mrs. Halliwell. Nice to see you again.
Parker: Wait what?
Peyton: You met him?
Coop: Well. It was an awkward meeting. It was your mom's idea.
Phoebe: Forget about that. That story will be told another time. Let's all head in. We wouldn't want to make Parker late for the trial.
Parker: Right. I got to go. See you guys inside. Okay.
[Parker rushes into through the doors.]
Coop: Alright. Let's head in. Everyone.
[The others nod as Coop walks in followed by the others.]

SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT.COURTROOM.OUTSIDE COURTROOM.DAY
[Parker is chatting with Daniel as her family wave at her before they stepped into the doors of the courtroom. She waves back and continues chatting.]
Daniel: You are so ready for this. Miss Halliwell. I believe in you.
Parker: Thanks. Mr. Jacobson. I won't let you down.
Daniel: Alright. Let's go.
Parker: Okay. I can do this.
Daniel: That's the spirit.
[Parker and Daniel then walk in. A while later, the door is closed shut with two security guards watching over the door.]

SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT.COURTROOM.DAY
[The whole family is sitting in the gallery area of the courtroom. PJ is sitting in between Peyton and Dazos/ Dane. They are on the side behind the defendant's side right behind the table that Parker, Daniel is. Everyone is sitting down including jurors and the other side of the audience. The judge now enters into the room as the Bailiff, STEFAN, readies himself.]
Stefan: All rise. (Everyone in the room stands up) Court is in session. The honorable Judge Marilyn Combs presiding. Please be seated.
[Everyone then sits down waiting for the trial to start. Phoebe's hands are shaking and she is nervous.]
Coop: It will be okay. Dear. Parker has got this.
[Coop holds Phoebe's hand to calm her down. Peyton puts her hand onto Phoebe's hand.]
Peyton: She got this. Mom. We should believe in her. Right Sis.
PJ: Yea.
[They continue to wait.]
The court calls the case for the State of California versus Willy Wilde. Murder charges on spouse, Darlene Wilde.
[The District Attorney, Frederick Logan, stands up.]
Frederick: District Attorney Frederick Logan for the state.
[Daniel gives Parker the signal. Parker stands up. ]
Parker: Attorney Intern Parker Halliwell for the defenses.
[Frederick then raises his hand.]
Judge Marilyn: Yes. District Attorney Logan.
Frederick: This girl is an intern. She can't defend. It's not in her job description. This is an outrage.
[The Jurors murmur loudly in conflicting voices.]
Judge Marilyn (pounding the gavel): Order. Order. In my court.
[Daniel then stands up.]
Daniel: Public Defender Daniel Jacobson. Permission to speak.
Judge Marilyn: You may.
Daniel: The District Attorney may have a point that it is not in the job description. But different companies have different job descriptions. In this case, the intern is allowed to assist the lawyer in any cases if seen qualified. And I have deemed her to be qualified. Thank you.
Judge Marilyn: Motion approved. The intern may defend the client. You may sit down. Mr. Jacobson.
Daniel: Thank you. Judge.
[Daniel sits down. Parker readies herself and organizes her files.]
[CUT TO]
SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT.COURTROOM.DAY (LATER)
[Parker is questioning the witness, Barry Barnes, who is in sweat looking really nervous.]
Parker: Are you sure about that? Mr. Barnes. There was no witness for your alibi.
[Barry then can't take the pressure and then blurts it out.]
Barry: Alright I did it. And knocked out Willy and framed him for murder. I wanted revenge. I knew her first but she chose him. Him.
[The crowd goes crazy.]
Judge Marilyn ( pounding the gavel): Order. Order. In my court. Now moving on.
Phoebe: This is great. Our daughter did it.
Coop: Yea she did.
Peyton: She did great.
PJ: I'm so proud of her.
Dazos/ Dane: And I'm proud of her for you.
PJ: Thanks babe.
Judge Marilyn: Well then. Bailiff. Take the witness into custody ... where he will charged for the murder of Darlene Wilde. In the matter of the State of California versus Willy Wilde ... the case is dismissed. Mr. Wilde. You are free to go.
[The Bailiff takes Barry to imprisonment and Judge Marilyn leaves.]
Willy: Thank you. Miss Halliwell. And also. Mr. Jacobson. I couldn't have won this trial without you two.
Daniel: It's part of our job.
Parker: Yea. I just knew how to ask the right questions that would push his buttons.
Daniel: Also. The both of us did a bit of research on him.
Willy: Barry was my best friend. I didn't know he felt that way.
Daniel: But that didn't give him the right to kill your wife and frame you for it.
Parker: I agree. Now that you are free to go. What are you going to do?
Willy: Well. Take care of my wife's preparations for her funeral.
Daniel: That sounds good. Have a good day.
Parker: Stay well.
Willy: Thank you again.
[Willy then walks out. The people in the court is dying down.]
Daniel: You did great. Now go celebrate with your family. And have the rest of the day off. You've earned it. Miss Halliwell.
Parker: Thanks Mr. Jacobson. I will.
Daniel: See you tomorrow in the office.
Parker: Yea.
[Parker runs to her family. Daniel takes his leave. They all hug her and congratulate her.]
Phoebe: You were so great. Parker.
Coop: How you got him to let his defenses down and confess.
Peyton: Yea. That was very crafty of you.
PJ: I'm proud of you sis. I really apologize for not being around to support you. I'm such a bad big sister.
Parker: Don't worry about it. And tell me more about this guy.
PJ: We can talk back at home. It's a long story.
Peyton: Sounds exciting. Come on. Let's head home.
Dazos/ Dane: Well. This guy has a name. I'm Dane. Dane Pattens.
Peyton: Nice to meet you. I'm Peyton. PJ's youngest sister.
Parker: And I'm Parker. The middle sister.
Coop: Come on. Let's head home.
[Coop, Phoebe, Parker, Peyton, PJ, and Dazos/ Dane walks out of the courtroom. The remaining people exit and the doors are closed after they walk out.]

[Coop, Phoebe, Parker, Peyton, PJ, and Dazos/ Dane are all in the parking chatting and about to walk to their respective vehicles when Nolan pops out from an unknown location with ten demons by his side.]
PJ: Dad. Take mom out of here. Now.
Coop: Got it.
Phoebe: No Wai...t (as Phoebe is beamed out with Coop)
Parker: Dane. You should get to safety too. This is no place for a mortal.
Peyton: Yea. What she said.
PJ: He can handled himself. Trust me. Sisters. I'll explain after we finish these demons.
Parker: Okay. Let's do this.
Peyton: Or I can finish them with one blow.
PJ: That's not wise. Peyton. What if you go out of control like back then? Besides you just recently used it again.
Peyton: Sometimes I hate you. You know that.
Nolan: Seriously. Stop chatting. And let's fight. Boys. Attack.
[Nolan shoots an energy ball at Parker. She uses her levitation to jump over it and it hits a wall.]
Parker: Too slow. Demons.
[Five demons fire at Peyton with energy balls.]
PJ: Not my sister. You demons. Energy Balls!
[PJ Telekinetically Beams it to her hands and sends it back at the demons vanquishing them.]
Dazos/Dane: My turn.
[Dazos/Dane shoots flames out of his hands burning the remaining five demons to ashes.]
Parker: What the.
Peyton: Your boyfriend is a Firestarter?!
PJ: Again. I'll explain later. We got one more demon to go.
Nolan: Well. Well. Not bad. Witches. And traitor.(giving a disappointed look at Dazos/Dane)
Dazos/Dane: It doesn't have to be this way. We can be a family again.
Parker/Peyton: Family?
Parker: What are you not telling us?
Peyton: Yea. PJ.
PJ: I told you two. Explain later.
Parker: We want explanations. Now!
Peyton: Yea. You can't expect to leave us hanging after basically ghosting your family.
Nolan: Die Witch.
[Nolan sends a fire ball towards Peyton.]
Peyton: Oh boy. I'm too young to die. PJ. Parker. I'm sorry. I'll prove myself.
PJ: Peyton. No. Your power. It's too dangerous.
Parker: Yea.
Peyton: I can do this. I will control this power.
[As the fireball inches closer and closer nearly at close range to hit her, Peyton focuses and uses her projection powers to turn the fireball into a big bubble and pops it.]
PJ: By gosh. She did it.
Parker: Yea she did.
Nolan: Muhahaha. Silly witches. That was only a distraction.
[PJ, Parker, and Peyton are in shock that Nolan has just stabbed Dazos/ Dane in the stomach with an athame.]
Dazos/Dane: Dad... Ho... w... could.. you... We're ... fam...ly.
[Dazos/ Dane holds his hand over his wound.]
Nolan: You're dead to me. Son. When you chose her. Like your Uncle chose the mortal. Have fun in hell. Dazos.
Nolan FLAMES out.
Parker/Peyton: Dazos!
Parker: PJ. Are you serious?
Peyton: You ended up in the same path as mom. He's not going to change and go on the path of evil again.
PJ: No he won't. Besides. We got to save him.
Parker: No way. This demon has sent demons to kill us many times.
Peyton: And took you away from our family.
Parker: No way.
PJ: Please. Sisters. I love him. Call Wyatt, Chris, Tam, Kat, or someone.
Parker: Fine. Man. Mom is going to be super mad.
PJ: I know.
Dazos/Dane: It's okay. My love. I have a first aid kid at the lair. I can treat my wound.
PJ: No. It's too risky. Your dad will find you. We'll go to my condo. It should be safe.
Parker: Nope. Come to our house.
Peyton: It's actually Mom's and Dad's house.
PJ: Parker. Peyton. You two make a good point. It is more protected. And we can always cast a protection spell on the manor in case his dad tries to return.
Parker: Let's get out of here before anyone sees this.
Peyton: I agree.
PJ: Yea.
[Parker and Peyton BEAM out. PJ BEAMS out with Dazos/ Dane.]

[Nolan had just FLAMED in and lays on the bed.[
Nolan: It's time for some rest after a long day.
[As he closes his eyes, something interrupts him. A woman, around his age, standing in front of him.]
Woman: Ahem. Hello Nolan. Man has it been hard tracking you down.
Nolan: You. Melanie. How you find me?
Melanie: Let's say I have my connections.
Nolan: Let me guess. My son ratted me out.
Melanie: Sure. Let's say that. Now that I have found you. It's time to finish you as I was supposed to.
Nolan: Can you? Melanie. After all, we did have a nice relationship.
Melanie: But my mission is more important. And it is to vanquish demons. And that is you. Nolan. Time to die for real this time.
Nolan: Oh really. Go ahead. I won't stop you.
Melanie: Something is off. It can't be this easy.
Nolan: Oh it can. Move it along. If you want to finish me already.
Melanie: Goodbye. Nolan.
[Melanie puts her hands in front and uses her Molecular Combustion to blast Nolan but he has a trick up his sleeve and throws a bottle of sleeping potion. The bottle explodes and the gas releases. Nolan FLAMES out before it can get to him but gets to Melanie and she falls immediately asleep.]

[Evok is in his office, talking on the phone, on scheduling more orders on the supplies and materials for the company.]
Evok: Alright. Thank you. Sir. I will be waiting for my new orders to come in.
Supplier: Of course. Mr. Wilcox. It should arrive in a matter of at least three weeks.
Evok: Thank you. Goodbye. And have a nice day.
Supplier: You too. Mr. Wilcox.
Evok: Thank you. Very much. Again. Your company is the only supplier my company trusts.
Supplier: Your company too. Mr. Wilcox. Well then. It's finally goodbye. Talk later.
Evok: Yea.
[The phone is hung up. Evok gets back to work on his computer.]

[Evok is seen grabbing his folder for the business meeting. He then head out of the door and locks his office before leaving.]

[There were five people in the room, three businessmen, two businesswomen, along with Arika who was sitting on the far right corner. The middle seat was empty as Evok enters into the room. And then the door is closed. Binders are seen in front of each of the people in the meeting room. Evok then takes a seat.]
Evok: Well. Gentlemen and Gentle Ladies. Let's start this meeting? Shall we? Onto the first part of the Agenda, which can be found in the binder that is placed in front of you.
[Everyone looks through it. And then the meeting starts. And it goes for a while with much discussion, some argument, some compromise, etc. Evok and the one sitting next to him, Mr. Harleyson,are in a heated discussion when Arika stops them.]
Arika: Enough. President Wilcox. Mr. Harleyson. This is a school setting. Stop fighting like teenagers.
Evok: Sorry. I apologize. It was very immature of me.
Mr. Harleyson: As am I, again sorry. Everyone. Gentlemen. Gentleladies. Miss Wilcox.
Evok: Let's move on.
[The meeting continues....]

[Dazos/ Dane has just been patched up with the first aid kid and is with the whole family. Phoebe seems angry and grabs PJ to the side for a talk. Parker and Peyton roll their eyes knowing that PJ is in big trouble. Coop also looks worries and is afraid to look over. Dazos/ Dane tries to go but is stopped by Parker.]
Parker: Don't you dare take a step! Let them solve it.
Dazos/Dane: But. Ah... Ouch.
Parker: Exactly. You're in no condition to... Just rest. They will be fine.
Dazos/Dane: Okay.
[Dazos/ Dane sit back down. Phoebe is giving the look before chatting with PJ.]
PJ: Ugh. I hate the look. Last time you did that was when I decided to dye my hair red.
Phoebe: I know you hate this look. But you're in big trouble. How could you be dating a demon without telling me?
PJ: I didn't think we were official when I was evil and with him. Till later on when I realized I love him.
Phoebe: Oh okay. But next time. If the relationship doesn't work out, and you find someone new. Tell me.
PJ: I will. But there is no way my relationship is not working out. I love him. And Dazos loves me. That is why he went against his father.
Phoebe: Honey. I'm just afraid people like him might go back to their old ways.
PJ: You saying this because of what you dealt with Cole. Right? Mom.
Phoebe: Yea. I just don't want you to feel the same pain.
PJ: I won't. Dazos is good now. He redeemed himself.
Phoebe: How?
PJ: Well. He did something bad. Tried to take over P3 and then tried to send my employees away. And that is the reason why I haven't answered the calls. We were busy fixing his mistakes. He messed with their memories.
Phoebe: Oh. Okay. That sound great. Just be careful. Okay.
PJ: I will. Mom. Is that all?
Phoebe: Ah yes.
PJ: Are you sure?
Phoebe: Yes for now.
PJ: What do you mean for now? Mom.
[PJ rolls her eyes at her mother.]
Phoebe: Some other time. Ladybug.
PJ: Mom. What other secrets are you hiding?
Phoebe: Come on. Let's go bond. I mean we haven't seen each other in a week.
[Phoebe walks back to the others.]
PJ: Hey. Don't change the topic and run away. Ugh. She's so annoying sometimes.
[PJ then goes join them also.]
Coop: Hey ladies. How was the chat?
Phoebe/ PJ: Good.
Phoebe: What. Jinx.
PJ: Double jinx.
[Phoebe and PJ bust out laughing for a bit and stops.]
Parker: Finally. It's been a while since I have seen the both of you laugh with each other let even talk with one another.
Peyton: Yea. It's rare.
Coop: I agree.
[Dazos/ Dane then walks over to Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton struggling a bit and resisting through the pain.]
Dazos/Dane: Ugh. Ah. I want to apologize to all of the things I have done.
Coop: Don't stress your body out too much. Just go back and sit down.
Phoebe: Yea. Yes please.
PJ: Babe. Rest.
Parker: Come on. It's okay.
Peyton: Say what you need later. The best thing now is for you to rest.
[PJ helps Dazos/ Dane to the couch.]
Dazos/Dane: Thanks for everything.
Coop: It's no problem.
Phoebe: Yea.
Parker: Guess you're not so bad.
Peyton: I agree.
PJ: Alright. Let's bond. Family.
[The family start to bond as PJ tells her family what happened during the week she chose to break off contact with Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton for a while.]

Chris: Yea. Wow. But it's a bit much for the trial.
Melinda: Oh I'm not going to the trial. I'm having dinner with Alina's family.
Wyatt: Mel!
Chris: Our whole family promised that we would be there for Junior's trial.
Melinda: I'm sorry. But this is more important. Getting to know Alina's family a bit more. Just tell everyone I wish Junior good luck.
Wyatt: Good luck! That's all. Mel.
[He then rolls her eyes at her.]
Chris: You're choosing their family over us?
Melinda: That's not it at all. Guys. I already agreed a week ago and I can't go back on my promise.

[The courtroom looked like just a regular courtroom except it was grander looking and the outside had clouds. Piper, Leo, Wyatt, Chris, Phoebe, Coop, PJ, Dazos, Parker, Peyton, Paige, Henry, Tamora, and Kat are all sitting in the back as the audience. Paige then walks over to where the others are. There is a platform in the front near a long table where there are four empty seats.]
Paige: Thank all for coming this trial. It means a lot.
Piper: Of course. Sis.
Leo: We know how important this trial is. Too bad Mel didn't feel the same.
Wyatt: Yea.
Chris: It's a shame.
Phoebe: No problem.
Coop: We're here for you Paige.
PJ: Yea. Aunt Paige.
Parker: Yep.
Peyton: All to support.
Paige: Thanks.
[Paige gets back to her seat. Jacob and Helena ORB in and take their seats. Two witches, Giles and Dana, teleport in a puff of smoke and take a seat. Junior then is orbed right on the platform.]
Junior: Oh well. This is awkward. Very esteemed to meet you four.
[Junior bows to them in respect.]
Jacob: What are you playing at? Bowing. We're not royalty.
Helena: Yea.
Giles: Mind off it. Guys. The young man has had enough already.
Dana: Yea.
Jacob: Humph. You witches don't understand anything.
Helena: I agree. This young man let himself be taken by evil.
Giles: Um. The Magic Council chose you two for a reason. Prove to them they made the right choice.
Dana: Don't be biased about this.
Jacob: Okay. Let's start this trial. Shall we.
Helena: Agreed.
Giles: Yep.
Dana: Okay. Everyone please stand.
[Everyone in the audience stands up.]
Jacob: The trial to decide the punishment on Henry Junior Mitchell's crimes is about to commence. Commencing!
Dana: Everyone. Please sit.
[Everyone then sits down as the trial starts.]

UPPER REALM.COURTROOM.DAY (LATER)
[Junior watches his last crime, nearly killing his cousin, feels distraught from the scene. The vision is ended. Tamora gets mad and stands up.]
Tamora: That's uncalled for. Taking that out of context like that.
Paige: Sit down. Honey. It won't help the situation.
Tamora: But mom?
Paige: No buts. Please sit down.
Tamora: Fine.
[Tamora sits down. Jacob stands up and puts his hand up.]
Jacob: In about thirty minutes, we will decide on Junior's fate. It is time for break. For everyone, will summon back.
[Jacob and Helena then waves his hand and everyone is orbed out.]

UNDERWORLD.CAVE.DAY
[Nolan is in the cave when ten demons SHIMMER in with Melanie and throws her to the ground.]
Nolan: Thank you. My minions. You all may go.
[The demons nod and SHIMMER out.]
Melanie: You know this is basically kidnapping. Nolan.
Nolan: So?
Melanie: You know I can explode you into bits right now.
Nolan: Then why don't you? Melanie.
Melanie: Because.
Nolan: Just because?
Melanie: Yea. What else you want me to say? Nolan.
Nolan: The truth. Melanie. After all, we had something.
Melanie: Yes. Had. Goodbye Nolan.
[Melanie takes out an athame and stabs Nolan in the stomach.]
Nolan: Ah. That hurts. You insolent... witch.
[Nolan prepares to fire an energy ball at Melanie but she is quick moving out the way. She puts her hand up and uses her Molecular Combustion to destroy Nolan].
Melanie: Goodbye.
[Nolan's ashes are on the ground.]
Melanie(cont'd): See you never. Davis!
[Davis, Melanie's whitelighter then ORBS in]
Davis: Yes Melanie.
Melanie: Get me out of here.
Davis: Of course.
[Davis ORBS out with Melanie.]

[Thirty minutes has passed. The whole Halliwell family along with Dazos is sat down. Junior is standing there on the platform area as Jacob, Helena, Graham, and Dana are murmuring with each other on the decision. They then turn around. Junior gulps a bit.]
Junior (thinking): Hope this goes well.
[Jacob stands up.]
Jacob: We have our decision.
[Helena, Giles, and Dana then stand up.]
Helena: This court has determined from looking over Junior's experiences. That he has to be punished.
Paige: No!
Giles: No screaming in the court. Order. Order.
Paige: Sorry.
Giles: Back to business. From what we have determined, Junior is to be....
Dana: Separated from the family. As our group has determined, that the root the led him to evil was being around the magical family and feeling useless. And we believed that the demon used this to prey on him.
[Paige ORBS over to them.]
Paige: You can't. Junior is our family whether non-magical or not.
Jacob: I'm sorry. Paige. Our decision is final.
Helena: I expect him out of you and your husband's manor as soon as possible.
Giles: I may suggest him move out of town.
Junior: You can't be kidding me. This is my punishment. Taking me away from the family I only know. Who saw me as theirs even though there was no blood relation?
Dana: I'm sorry. It took a long time and we all decided this was the best alternative.
Junior: Alternative. You are serious about that? I need my family. I want to live with them.
Jacob: We're sorry again. But it can't be helped.
Paige: I'll miss you son.
Junior: Me too. Mom.
Paige: Alright. Come on. Let's head home. Staying here just saddens me more.
Junior: Okay.
[Jacob then ends the trial. And everyone leaves the area.]

Henry: I mean. They suggested Henry moving away. You never know.
Paige: I'll go let the kids know that dinner should be ready in about fifteen minutes or so.

[PJ is with Dazos and he looks saddened. She touches his face gently.]

Dazos: It's just hard knowing he's actually gone.
PJ: There there. It will be alright. I'm here for you to get through this.

[Henry, Paige, Tamora, Kat, and Junior are at the table about to eat. There is roasted chicken on the table, mashed potatoes, a boat of gravy, steamed vegetables, cream of corn, a champagne bottle chilled in ice, and dinner rolls with a platter of butter to spread.]
Junior: This is amazing. Dad. You really didn't have to do this.
Henry: Of course I had. I wanted to make you a memorable meal before you leave our house.
Tamora: Man I'm going to miss you hanging around.
Kat: Same.
Paige: Me too. Son. (starts to tear up)
Junior: Are you crying? Mom?
Paige: No...pe. Uh... Just something in my eye.
[Paige wipes her tears away.]
Junior: Okay then. I guess we can eat now.
Henry: Oh yes. Time to cut the chicken.

And then the food is passed around so everyone gets a good portion of the mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, cream of corn, and the salad. And the champagne gets poured into the glasses. The dinner then begins and everyone eats and drink enjoying the meal.]

[Alina leans in into Melinda's lips. Melinda leans into Alina's. They then begin to kiss passionately for about three minutes and then cut off.]

[Alina opens the door to Melinda's car. She gets in and then drives off into the streets as Alina waves goodbye to her. Alina then heads back inside.]

[Junior is with Axaria/ Angelie. They are both sitting on the bed.]

[Junior still looks confused.]

[Junior looks closely at the Green Dragon Amulet. It comes to realization and his head starts to hurt as his memories flow again remembering all the things he had done and his relationship with Axaria/ Angelie.]
Junior(cont'd): Oh my god. Axaria. I'm so sorry. For what I have done. I can't believe I forgot you.
[Junior starts tearing up.]
Axaria: It's okay. Junior. I'll help you through this. As always. I'm tired of being on the evil side. You changed me. Junior.
Junior: Thanks. Axaria. For being with me. It's going to be hard dealing with my dark side back then and having to move away from my family. I'm glad you will be here by my side.

[Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton are about to enter through the doors when they noticed around five to six reporters surrounding the area hovering two figures, one a young male, and one a female, one of them is recognizable.]
Coop/Phoebe/ Parker/ Peyton: PJ?!
Coop: What the?
Phoebe: Should we go help her?
Parker: Why?
Peyton: Yea. Especially with the way she treated us, our family. Ignoring our calls and no contact.
Coop: Because she is family. And family helps family.
Parker: Fine. It better be quick. I don't to be late for the trial.
Peyton: Yea. It's our sister's big day.
Phoebe: Let's go.
[Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton starts walking towards the main entrance where PJ and the other figure standing next to her are.]
[Nolan has been watching from the bushes from afar.]
Nolan: Oh my. Like the predator to the prey. Just as I plan. Once the trial is done, it will be the perfect time to strike. Wish my son would feel the same. Reporter #3: Please give us some answers.
Reporter #4: And when were you dating? It wasn't in the recent magazines.
Reporter #5: Miss. What is your name? And how did you meet him?
Reporter #6: Mr. Pattens. Please. Anything. We had intel.
Dazos/Dane: This is an invasion of privacy. I don't know who gave you that info. Please leave us alone.
PJ: Yes please. You reporters are too busy. Please leave or we may call the cops.
[Then Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton scream crazily and shoo the reporters away.]
Coop: Away. Stay away.
Phoebe: Give me that.
[Phoebe knocks a camera out of one of the reporters.]
Parker: No one is allowed to hound my sister except me. Away. Reporters.

Reporter #1: Alright. Alright. We're out of here.
[The reporters then run off.]

Coop: No problem.

Parker: You owe us more than thanks after disappearing for about a week and leaving no freaking note.
Peyton: Yea. And ignoring our calls.
PJ: I'm sorry. I needed away time. I still feel guilty and didn't feel comfortable being with the family. And Dane let me stay with him.
[Parker's and Peyton's eyes go on shock. They glance at each other and then back at PJ.]
Parker: Who's Dane?
Peyton: Yea.

Coop: Well. It was an awkward meeting. It was your mom's idea.

[Parker rushes into through the doors.]

Daniel: Alright. Let's go.

SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT.COURTROOM.DAY
[The whole family is sitting in the gallery area of the courtroom. PJ is sitting in between Peyton and Dazos/ Dane. They are on the side behind the defendant's side right behind the table that Parker, Daniel is. Everyone is sitting down including jurors and the other side of the audience. The judge now enters into the room as the Bailiff, STEFAN, readies himself.]
Stefan: All rise. (Everyone in the room stands up) Court is in session. The honorable Judge Marilyn Combs presiding. Please be seated.
[Everyone then sits down waiting for the trial to start. Phoebe's hands are shaking and she is nervous.]
Coop: It will be okay. Dear. Parker has got this.
[Coop holds Phoebe's hand to calm her down. Peyton puts her hand onto Phoebe's hand.]
Peyton: She got this. Mom. We should believe in her. Right Sis.
PJ: Yea.
[They continue to wait.]
The court calls the case for the State of California versus Willy Wilde. Murder charges on spouse, Darlene Wilde.
[The District Attorney, Frederick Logan, stands up.]
Frederick: District Attorney Frederick Logan for the state.
[Daniel gives Parker the signal. Parker stands up. ]
Parker: Attorney Intern Parker Halliwell for the defenses.
[Frederick then raises his hand.]
Judge Marilyn: Yes. District Attorney Logan.
Frederick: This girl is an intern. She can't defend. It's not in her job description. This is an outrage.
[The Jurors murmur loudly in conflicting voices.]
Judge Marilyn (pounding the gavel): Order. Order. In my court.
[Daniel then stands up.]
Daniel: Public Defender Daniel Jacobson. Permission to speak.
Judge Marilyn: You may.
Daniel: The District Attorney may have a point that it is not in the job description. But different companies have different job descriptions. In this case, the intern is allowed to assist the lawyer in any cases if seen qualified. And I have deemed her to be qualified. Thank you.
Judge Marilyn: Motion approved. The intern may defend the client. You may sit down. Mr. Jacobson.
Daniel: Thank you. Judge.
[Daniel sits down. Parker readies herself and organizes her files.]

SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT.COURTROOM.DAY (LATER)
[Parker is questioning the witness, Barry Barnes, who is in sweat looking really nervous.]
Parker: Are you sure about that? Mr. Barnes. There was no witness for your alibi.
[Barry then can't take the pressure and then blurts it out.]
Barry: Alright I did it. And knocked out Willy and framed him for murder. I wanted revenge. I knew her first but she chose him. Him.
[The crowd goes crazy.]
Judge Marilyn ( pounding the gavel): Order. Order. In my court. Now moving on.
Phoebe: This is great. Our daughter did it.
Coop: Yea she did.
Peyton: She did great.
PJ: I'm so proud of her.
Dazos/ Dane: And I'm proud of her for you.
PJ: Thanks babe.
Judge Marilyn: Well then. Bailiff. Take the witness into custody ... where he will charged for the murder of Darlene Wilde. In the matter of the State of California versus Willy Wilde ... the case is dismissed. Mr. Wilde. You are free to go.
[The Bailiff takes Barry to imprisonment and Judge Marilyn leaves.]
Willy: Thank you. Miss Halliwell. And also. Mr. Jacobson. I couldn't have won this trial without you two.
Daniel: It's part of our job.
Parker: Yea. I just knew how to ask the right questions that would push his buttons.
Daniel: Also. The both of us did a bit of research on him.
Willy: Barry was my best friend. I didn't know he felt that way.
Daniel: But that didn't give him the right to kill your wife and frame you for it.
Parker: I agree. Now that you are free to go. What are you going to do?
Willy: Well. Take care of my wife's preparations for her funeral.
Daniel: That sounds good. Have a good day.
Parker: Stay well.
Willy: Thank you again.
[Willy then walks out. The people in the court is dying down.]
Daniel: You did great. Now go celebrate with your family. And have the rest of the day off. You've earned it. Miss Halliwell.
Parker: Thanks Mr. Jacobson. I will.
Daniel: See you tomorrow in the office.
Parker: Yea.
[Parker runs to her family. Daniel takes his leave. They all hug her and congratulate her.]
Phoebe: You were so great. Parker.
Coop: How you got him to let his defenses down and confess.
Peyton: Yea. That was very crafty of you.
PJ: I'm proud of you sis. I really apologize for not being around to support you. I'm such a bad big sister.
Parker: Don't worry about it. And tell me more about this guy.
PJ: We can talk back at home. It's a long story.
Peyton: Sounds exciting. Come on. Let's head home.
Dazos/ Dane: Well. This guy has a name. I'm Dane. Dane Pattens.
Peyton: Nice to meet you. I'm Peyton. PJ's youngest sister.
Parker: And I'm Parker. The middle sister.
Coop: Come on. Let's head home.
[Coop, Phoebe, Parker, Peyton, PJ, and Dazos/ Dane walks out of the courtroom. The remaining people exit and the doors are closed after they walk out.]

[Coop, Phoebe, Parker, Peyton, PJ, and Dazos/ Dane are all in the parking chatting and about to walk to their respective vehicles when Nolan pops out from an unknown location with ten demons by his side.]
PJ: Dad. Take mom out of here. Now.
Coop: Got it.
Phoebe: No Wai...t (as Phoebe is beamed out with Coop)
Parker: Dane. You should get to safety too. This is no place for a mortal.
Peyton: Yea. What she said.
PJ: He can handled himself. Trust me. Sisters. I'll explain after we finish these demons.
Parker: Okay. Let's do this.
Peyton: Or I can finish them with one blow.
PJ: That's not wise. Peyton. What if you go out of control like back then? Besides you just recently used it again.
Peyton: Sometimes I hate you. You know that.
Nolan: Seriously. Stop chatting. And let's fight. Boys. Attack.
[Nolan shoots an energy ball at Parker. She uses her levitation to jump over it and it hits a wall.]
Parker: Too slow. Demons.
[Five demons fire at Peyton with energy balls.]
PJ: Not my sister. You demons. Energy Balls!
[PJ Telekinetically Beams it to her hands and sends it back at the demons vanquishing them.]
Dazos/Dane: My turn.
[Dazos/Dane shoots flames out of his hands burning the remaining five demons to ashes.]
Parker: What the.
Peyton: Your boyfriend is a Firestarter?!
PJ: Again. I'll explain later. We got one more demon to go.
Nolan: Well. Well. Not bad. Witches. And traitor.(giving a disappointed look at Dazos/Dane)
Dazos/Dane: It doesn't have to be this way. We can be a family again.
Parker/Peyton: Family?
Parker: What are you not telling us?
Peyton: Yea. PJ.
PJ: I told you two. Explain later.
Parker: We want explanations. Now!
Peyton: Yea. You can't expect to leave us hanging after basically ghosting your family.
Nolan: Die Witch.
[Nolan sends a fire ball towards Peyton.]
Peyton: Oh boy. I'm too young to die. PJ. Parker. I'm sorry. I'll prove myself.
PJ: Peyton. No. Your power. It's too dangerous.
Parker: Yea.
Peyton: I can do this. I will control this power.
[As the fireball inches closer and closer nearly at close range to hit her, Peyton focuses and uses her projection powers to turn the fireball into a big bubble and pops it.]
PJ: By gosh. She did it.
Parker: Yea she did.
Nolan: Muhahaha. Silly witches. That was only a distraction.
[PJ, Parker, and Peyton are in shock that Nolan has just stabbed Dazos/ Dane in the stomach with an athame.]
Dazos/Dane: Dad... Ho... w... could.. you... We're ... fam...ly.
[Dazos/ Dane holds his hand over his wound.]
Nolan: You're dead to me. Son. When you chose her. Like your Uncle chose the mortal. Have fun in hell. Dazos.
Nolan FLAMES out.
Parker/Peyton: Dazos!
Parker: PJ. Are you serious?
Peyton: You ended up in the same path as mom. He's not going to change and go on the path of evil again.
PJ: No he won't. Besides. We got to save him.
Parker: No way. This demon has sent demons to kill us many times.
Peyton: And took you away from our family.
Parker: No way.
PJ: Please. Sisters. I love him. Call Wyatt, Chris, Tam, Kat, or someone.
Parker: Fine. Man. Mom is going to be super mad.
PJ: I know.
Dazos/Dane: It's okay. My love. I have a first aid kid at the lair. I can treat my wound.
PJ: No. It's too risky. Your dad will find you. We'll go to my condo. It should be safe.
Parker: Nope. Come to our house.
Peyton: It's actually Mom's and Dad's house.
PJ: Parker. Peyton. You two make a good point. It is more protected. And we can always cast a protection spell on the manor in case his dad tries to return.
Parker: Let's get out of here before anyone sees this.
Peyton: I agree.
PJ: Yea.
[Parker and Peyton BEAM out. PJ BEAMS out with Dazos/ Dane.]

[Nolan had just FLAMED in and lays on the bed.[
Nolan: It's time for some rest after a long day.
[As he closes his eyes, something interrupts him. A woman, around his age, standing in front of him.]
Woman: Ahem. Hello Nolan. Man has it been hard tracking you down.
Nolan: You. Melanie. How you find me?
Melanie: Let's say I have my connections.
Nolan: Let me guess. My son ratted me out.
Melanie: Sure. Let's say that. Now that I have found you. It's time to finish you as I was supposed to.
Nolan: Can you? Melanie. After all, we did have a nice relationship.
Melanie: But my mission is more important. And it is to vanquish demons. And that is you. Nolan. Time to die for real this time.
Nolan: Oh really. Go ahead. I won't stop you.
Melanie: Something is off. It can't be this easy.
Nolan: Oh it can. Move it along. If you want to finish me already.
Melanie: Goodbye. Nolan.
[Melanie puts her hands in front and uses her Molecular Combustion to blast Nolan but he has a trick up his sleeve and throws a bottle of sleeping potion. The bottle explodes and the gas releases. Nolan FLAMES out before it can get to him but gets to Melanie and she falls immediately asleep.]

[Evok is in his office, talking on the phone, on scheduling more orders on the supplies and materials for the company.]

Supplier: Of course. Mr. Wilcox. It should arrive in a matter of at least three weeks.
Evok: Thank you. Goodbye. And have a nice day.
Supplier: You too. Mr. Wilcox.
Evok: Thank you. Very much. Again. Your company is the only supplier my company trusts.
Supplier: Your company too. Mr. Wilcox. Well then. It's finally goodbye. Talk later.
Evok: Yea.
[The phone is hung up. Evok gets back to work on his computer.]

[Evok is seen grabbing his folder for the business meeting. He then head out of the door and locks his office before leaving.]

[There were five people in the room, three businessmen, two businesswomen, along with Arika who was sitting on the far right corner. The middle seat was empty as Evok enters into the room. And then the door is closed. Binders are seen in front of each of the people in the meeting room. Evok then takes a seat.]
Evok: Well. Gentlemen and Gentle Ladies. Let's start this meeting? Shall we? Onto the first part of the Agenda, which can be found in the binder that is placed in front of you.
[Everyone looks through it. And then the meeting starts. And it goes for a while with much discussion, some argument, some compromise, etc. Evok and the one sitting next to him, Mr. Harleyson,are in a heated discussion when Arika stops them.]
Arika: Enough. President Wilcox. Mr. Harleyson. This is a school setting. Stop fighting like teenagers.
Evok: Sorry. I apologize. It was very immature of me.
Mr. Harleyson: As am I, again sorry. Everyone. Gentlemen. Gentleladies. Miss Wilcox.
Evok: Let's move on.
[The meeting continues....]

[Dazos/ Dane has just been patched up with the first aid kid and is with the whole family. Phoebe seems angry and grabs PJ to the side for a talk. Parker and Peyton roll their eyes knowing that PJ is in big trouble. Coop also looks worries and is afraid to look over. Dazos/ Dane tries to go but is stopped by Parker.]
Parker: Don't you dare take a step! Let them solve it.
Dazos/Dane: But. Ah... Ouch.
Parker: Exactly. You're in no condition to... Just rest. They will be fine.
Dazos/Dane: Okay.
[Dazos/ Dane sit back down. Phoebe is giving the look before chatting with PJ.]
PJ: Ugh. I hate the look. Last time you did that was when I decided to dye my hair red.
Phoebe: I know you hate this look. But you're in big trouble. How could you be dating a demon without telling me?
PJ: I didn't think we were official when I was evil and with him. Till later on when I realized I love him.
Phoebe: Oh okay. But next time. If the relationship doesn't work out, and you find someone new. Tell me.
PJ: I will. But there is no way my relationship is not working out. I love him. And Dazos loves me. That is why he went against his father.
Phoebe: Honey. I'm just afraid people like him might go back to their old ways.
PJ: You saying this because of what you dealt with Cole. Right? Mom.
Phoebe: Yea. I just don't want you to feel the same pain.
PJ: I won't. Dazos is good now. He redeemed himself.
Phoebe: How?
PJ: Well. He did something bad. Tried to take over P3 and then tried to send my employees away. And that is the reason why I haven't answered the calls. We were busy fixing his mistakes. He messed with their memories.

PJ: I will. Mom. Is that all?
Phoebe: Ah yes.
PJ: Are you sure?

[PJ rolls her eyes at her mother.]

Parker: Finally. It's been a while since I have seen the both of you laugh with each other let even talk with one another.
Peyton: Yea. It's rare.
Coop: I agree.
[Dazos/ Dane then walks over to Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton struggling a bit and resisting through the pain.]
Dazos/Dane: Ugh. Ah. I want to apologize to all of the things I have done.
Coop: Don't stress your body out too much. Just go back and sit down.
Phoebe: Yea. Yes please.
PJ: Babe. Rest.
Parker: Come on. It's okay.
Peyton: Say what you need later. The best thing now is for you to rest.
[PJ helps Dazos/ Dane to the couch.]

Coop: It's no problem.

[The family start to bond as PJ tells her family what happened during the week she chose to break off contact with Coop, Phoebe, Parker, and Peyton for a while.]

[Wyatt and Chris are both wearing a nice black suit getting ready to head out to Junior's Trial. Melinda then comes downstairs in a marvelous shiny dress and the brothers are in awe.]

Chris: Yea. Wow. But it's a bit much for the trial.
Melinda: Oh I'm not going to the trial. I'm having dinner with Alina's family.
Wyatt: Mel!
Chris: Our whole family promised that we would be there for Junior's trial.
Melinda: I'm sorry. But this is more important. Getting to know Alina's family a bit more. Just tell everyone I wish Junior good luck.
Wyatt: Good luck! That's all. Mel.
[He then rolls her eyes at her.]
Chris: You're choosing their family over us?

[The courtroom looked like just a regular courtroom except it was grander looking and the outside had clouds. Piper, Leo, Wyatt, Chris, Phoebe, Coop, PJ, Dazos, Parker, Peyton, Paige, Henry, Tamora, and Kat are all sitting in the back as the audience. Paige then walks over to where the others are. There is a platform in the front near a long table where there are four empty seats.]
Paige: Thank all for coming this trial. It means a lot.
Piper: Of course. Sis.
Leo: We know how important this trial is. Too bad Mel didn't feel the same.
Wyatt: Yea.
Chris: It's a shame.
Phoebe: No problem.
Coop: We're here for you Paige.
PJ: Yea. Aunt Paige.
Parker: Yep.
Peyton: All to support.
Paige: Thanks.
[Paige gets back to her seat. Jacob and Helena ORB in and take their seats. Two witches, Giles and Dana, teleport in a puff of smoke and take a seat. Junior then is orbed right on the platform.]
Junior: Oh well. This is awkward. Very esteemed to meet you four.
[Junior bows to them in respect.]
Jacob: What are you playing at? Bowing. We're not royalty.
Helena: Yea.
Giles: Mind off it. Guys. The young man has had enough already.
Dana: Yea.
Jacob: Humph. You witches don't understand anything.
Helena: I agree. This young man let himself be taken by evil.
Giles: Um. The Magic Council chose you two for a reason. Prove to them they made the right choice.
Dana: Don't be biased about this.
Jacob: Okay. Let's start this trial. Shall we.
Helena: Agreed.
Giles: Yep.
Dana: Okay. Everyone please stand.
[Everyone in the audience stands up.]
Jacob: The trial to decide the punishment on Henry Junior Mitchell's crimes is about to commence. Commencing!
Dana: Everyone. Please sit.
[Everyone then sits down as the trial starts.]

[Junior watches his last crime, nearly killing his cousin, feels distraught from the scene. The vision is ended. Tamora gets mad and stands up.]
Tamora: That's uncalled for. Taking that out of context like that.
Paige: Sit down. Honey. It won't help the situation.
Tamora: But mom?
Paige: No buts. Please sit down.
Tamora: Fine.
[Tamora sits down. Jacob stands up and puts his hand up.]
Jacob: In about thirty minutes, we will decide on Junior's fate. It is time for break. For everyone, will summon back.
[Jacob and Helena then waves his hand and everyone is orbed out.]

UNDERWORLD.CAVE.DAY
[Nolan is in the cave when ten demons SHIMMER in with Melanie and throws her to the ground.]
Nolan: Thank you. My minions. You all may go.
[The demons nod and SHIMMER out.]
Melanie: You know this is basically kidnapping. Nolan.
Nolan: So?
Melanie: You know I can explode you into bits right now.
Nolan: Then why don't you? Melanie.
Melanie: Because.
Nolan: Just because?
Melanie: Yea. What else you want me to say? Nolan.
Nolan: The truth. Melanie. After all, we had something.
Melanie: Yes. Had. Goodbye Nolan.
[Melanie takes out an athame and stabs Nolan in the stomach.]
Nolan: Ah. That hurts. You insolent... witch.
[Nolan prepares to fire an energy ball at Melanie but she is quick moving out the way. She puts her hand up and uses her Molecular Combustion to destroy Nolan].
Melanie: Goodbye.
[Nolan's ashes are on the ground.]
Melanie(cont'd): See you never. Davis!
[Davis, Melanie's whitelighter then ORBS in]
Davis: Yes Melanie.
Melanie: Get me out of here.
Davis: Of course.
[Davis ORBS out with Melanie.]

[Thirty minutes has passed. The whole Halliwell family along with Dazos is sat down. Junior is standing there on the platform area as Jacob, Helena, Graham, and Dana are murmuring with each other on the decision. They then turn around. Junior gulps a bit.]
Junior (thinking): Hope this goes well.
[Jacob stands up.]
Jacob: We have our decision.
[Helena, Giles, and Dana then stand up.]
Helena: This court has determined from looking over Junior's experiences. That he has to be punished.
Paige: No!
Giles: No screaming in the court. Order. Order.
Paige: Sorry.
Giles: Back to business. From what we have determined, Junior is to be....
Dana: Separated from the family. As our group has determined, that the root the led him to evil was being around the magical family and feeling useless. And we believed that the demon used this to prey on him.
[Paige ORBS over to them.]
Paige: You can't. Junior is our family whether non-magical or not.
Jacob: I'm sorry. Paige. Our decision is final.
Helena: I expect him out of you and your husband's manor as soon as possible.
Giles: I may suggest him move out of town.
Junior: You can't be kidding me. This is my punishment. Taking me away from the family I only know. Who saw me as theirs even though there was no blood relation?
Dana: I'm sorry. It took a long time and we all decided this was the best alternative.
Junior: Alternative. You are serious about that? I need my family. I want to live with them.
Jacob: We're sorry again. But it can't be helped.
Paige: I'll miss you son.
Junior: Me too. Mom.
Paige: Alright. Come on. Let's head home. Staying here just saddens me more.
Junior: Okay.
[Jacob then ends the trial. And everyone leaves the area.]

Paige: It's alright. We can get through this. Hopefully this is temporary and they understand Junior belongs with our family.
Henry: Yea. I hope so too. At least I'll get to see him at the department most of the time.
Paige: And he can visit always. I mean they can't forbid him from that. Can't they?
Henry: I mean. They suggested Henry moving away. You never know.
Paige: I'll go let the kids know that dinner should be ready in about fifteen minutes or so.
Henry: Okay babe.
[Paige kisses Henry on the cheek sweetly and heads out of the kitchen.]

[PJ is with Dazos and he looks saddened. She touches his face gently.]
PJ: I'm so sorry. Dazos. What happened to your father.
Dazos: Don't bother with it. I don't know why it hurts so much. I mean he said I mean nothing to him. But he's still...
PJ: I know. Your father. He raised you.
Dazos: It's just hard knowing he's actually gone.

[Henry, Paige, Tamora, Kat, and Junior are at the table about to eat. There is roasted chicken on the table, mashed potatoes, a boat of gravy, steamed vegetables, cream of corn, a champagne bottle chilled in ice, and dinner rolls with a platter of butter to spread.]
Junior: This is amazing. Dad. You really didn't have to do this.
Henry: Of course I had. I wanted to make you a memorable meal before you leave our house.
Tamora: Man I'm going to miss you hanging around.
Kat: Same.
Paige: Me too. Son. (starts to tear up)
Junior: Are you crying? Mom?
Paige: No...pe. Uh... Just something in my eye.
[Paige wipes her tears away.]
Junior: Okay then. I guess we can eat now.
Henry: Oh yes. Time to cut the chicken.
Tamora: Yes.
Kat: Finally. I was starving.
Paige: Kat!
Kat: What? I was only stating the truth.
[Henry then cuts the chicken and puts it into each other's plate. And then the food is passed around so everyone gets a good portion of the mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, cream of corn, and the salad. And the champagne gets poured into the glasses. The dinner then begins and everyone eats and drink enjoying the meal.]

NGUYEN'S HOUSE.FRONT AREA.DAY TO NIGHT.NIGHT
[It is now dark outside the Nguyen's House. A Cloaked Figure is seen standing outside the window watching very carefully.]
Cloaked Figure: That witch is going to experience a heartbreak. But I must do this for my boss. He has requested on this task. And I shall not fail him even though he is gone. I will be the new leader now. And all will bow to me.
[He continues to watch on with an evil grin.]

NGUYEN'S HOUSE. LIVING ROOM.NIGHT
[Melinda is chatting with Alina and her parents, Linh and Hoa.]
Linh: It was nice of you coming over and letting us to get to know you.
Hoa: Yea. Now we know your favorite foods, color, favorite music, your dreams, and also goals.
Melinda: Yea it was nice. Thank you for inviting me over.
Alina: It was really nice getting more time with you since you are always working most of time.
Linh: It was no problem.
Hoa: You have been a pleasure to us.
Melinda: And you two also. You really are great parents to Alina. Supporting her like this.
Linh: Of course we do. At first we were awkward.
Hoa: But then the two of us of us realized. Love is love.
Alina: Aw thanks. Mom. Dad.
Linh: Alright. Let's hug it up.
Hoa: What a great idea.
[Linh, Hoa, and Alina come together and start hugging together.]
Melinda: That is sweet.
Linh: Come on in. You're basically family already.
Hoa: Yea.
Alina: Join us.
Melinda: Alright.
[Melinda joins in the hug as they stop after a few more minutes. The four of them then continue chatting in the living room.]

NGUYEN'S HOUSE. OUTER AREA.NIGHT (LATER)
[Alina is walking Melinda to her car.]
Alina: This was such a great day. I wish it could be like this for us always.
Melinda: Me too. Today was nice. Thank you for inviting me over.
Alina: No problem. Babe. Well. This is good night for now. See you tomorrow.
Melinda: Yea. But one last kiss.
Alina: Alright.
[Alina leans in into Melinda's lips. Melinda leans into Alina's. They then begin to kiss passionately for about three minutes and then cut off.]
Melinda: Man. Your kisses are amazing.
Alina: Yours too. Well then. Good night then. And drive safe.
Melinda: Thanks.
[Alina opens the door to Melinda's car. She gets in and then drives off into the streets as Alina waves goodbye to her. Alina then heads back inside.]

MATTHEWS/ MITCHELL MANOR.JUNIOR'S BEDROOM.NIGHT
[Junior is with Axaria/ Angelie. They are both sitting on the bed.]
Junior: Babe. Thank you for coming over. Angelie. I don't know how I could process this without you.
Axaria/Angelie: Angelie? Did you just call me Angelie?
Junior: Isn't that your name?
Axaria/Angelie: You really don't remember anything? Your family told me you had an accident. And I got worried.
Junior: Remember what? What are you talking about? Angelie.
Axaria/Angelie: I never wanted to keep it. Because it made you do horrible things. But if it's the only way to get you to remember. I'll take it.
[Axaria/ Angelie takes out the Green Dragon Amulet, surprisingly still intact, and puts it in front of Junior.]
Junior: What is that? My going away present? That's so sweet.
Axaria/Angelie: Think Junior. Look at this. Remember.
[Junior still looks confused.]
Junior: Again. Remember what?
Axaria/Angelie: Please. Junior. Remember. Look at it. Please. I beg of you.
Junior: You're acting strange. But okay. Anything for you. Angelie. I'll look closely at it.
[Junior looks closely at the Green Dragon Amulet. It comes to realization and his head starts to hurt as his memories flow again remembering all the things he had done and his relationship with Axaria/ Angelie.]
Junior(cont'd): Oh my god. Axaria. I'm so sorry. For what I have done. I can't believe I forgot you.
[Junior starts tearing up.]
Axaria: It's okay. Junior. I'll help you through this. As always. I'm tired of being on the evil side. You changed me. Junior.
Junior: Thanks. Axaria. For being with me. It's going to be hard dealing with my dark side back then and having to move away from my family. I'm glad you will be here by my side.
Axaria: Of course. I want to be by your side. I love you with all my heart. And I never had real love before till I met you Junior.
Junior: I love you too. But for now. Let's just cuddle. I'm too distraught for anything else.
Axaria: Whatever you want. Junior.
[Axaria cuddles with Junior. Eventually both of them get tired, they then fall asleep in the bed hugging each other sweetly.]
